Mexico City, January 2026.
AS Consulting Group (ASCG), a Mexican professional services firm with more than 35 years of experience, announced the formal establishment of its Office of the Chief Executive, marking a key milestone in its institutionalization process and the strengthening of its corporate governance framework.
This decision reflects a clear conviction: sustainable growth requires leadership, structure, and a long-term vision. In a context of expansion, internationalization, and increasing operational complexity, ASCG is reinforcing its executive leadership to ensure clarity in decision-making, strategic execution, and institutional continuity.
In this context, Javier Arreguín Ruiz is stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of AS Consulting Group (ASCG) and will assume the position of President, from which he will continue to provide strategic vision and institutional leadership. Accordingly, Luis Javier Arreguín formally assumes the role of Principal Partner and Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for leading the firm both strategically and operationally, executing the decisions of its governing bodies, and driving the next phase of growth in Mexico and internationally.
The formalization of the Office of the Chief Executive reinforces the separation between governance, management, and operations— a foundational principle for organizations that seek longevity, orderly scale, and the preservation of their core values.

“Our goal is not growth for growth’s sake, but to build a firm that is solid, trustworthy, and human—one that endures over time and creates real impact for our clients and for society.” — Luis Javier Arreguín
